This year's event will be like no other CFJ West College Night before.

The evening will take March 22nd at the Plainfield Township Community Center (15014 S Des Plaines St, Plainfield, IL 60544)
We will have an academic presentation for 8th Graders and High School Students from 5:00-6:30 PM at the Plainfield Township Community Center on March 22nd with Partners for Achievement. This presentation will cover the college admission planning process including college essay, resume building, and ACT/ SAT prep. Also included will be guidance on what counts in the financial aid and scholarship process. There will be information included about the next steps as well including transitioning to college and advice on how to find internships.
We ask that all 8th graders and High School students register via our EventBright. All students are welcome, inside and outside the club.
This is a fantastic tool for any 8th graders and High School students looking to attend college at any level. Partners for Achievement is a professional organization with experience and sound advice on preparing for the college search, application, and attendance process. All students inside or outside of the club are welcome to attend.
These unique performance workshops are designed by the Chicago Fire Community Ambassador Program and are meant to teach young players important skills in managing themselves as young athletes.

Afterward all players are encouraged to attend the College Coaches Panel.
All players who attend will receive a certificate for their participation.

This panel will take place from 6:45 PM - 8:15 PM on March 22nd at the Plainfield Township Community Center.
All players are welcome! Including players inside and outside of the club.
All 8th graders and High School students are encouraged to attend the Partners for Achievement presentation about academic preparation and scholarships beforehand from 5:00- 6:30 PM in the same meeting room. We do ask that all 8th graders and High School students register via our EventBright invitation.
